第一篇 临床检验基础 第一章 血液样本采集和血涂片制备 一.血液生理概要 （一）血液组成 血液由血细胞（红细胞、白细胞、血小板）和血浆组成。离体后的血液自然凝固,分离出来的淡黄色透明液体称为血清。血液加抗凝剂后分离出来的淡黄色液体称为血浆。血清与血浆差别是：血清缺少某些凝固因子,如凝血因子I（纤维蛋白原）、II（凝血酶原）、V、VIII等。 全血适用于临床血液学检查,如血细胞计数、分类和形态学检查等。血浆适用于血浆生理性和病理性化学成分的测定,特别是内分泌激素测定;血浆除钙离子外,含有其他全部凝血因子,也适用于血栓与止血的检查。血清适用于临床化学和临床免疫学检查。 （二）血液理化性质 1.血量 正常人血量约为（70±10）ml/kg体重,成人约4~5L,约占体重的6%~8%,其中血浆占55%,血细胞占45%。小儿血量与体重之比略高于成人,男性比女性血量稍多,但女性妊娠期间血量可增 …
